Families arrive, check in, and find their seats. Christmas music is playing, and children can enjoy some fresh fruit while getting comfortable.

Our Christmas helper welcomes everyone, leads a quick Christmas icebreaker, and goes over a few simple rules before the activities begin.

Each child writes their very own letter to Santa, sharing two things they’re wishing for this Christmas, one thing they’re proud of this year, and anything else they’d like Santa to know.

Once finished, they’ll place their letters into our North Pole mailbox.

Behind the scenes, our helper prepares Santa’s personalized notes for each child.

Children decorate their own initial ornament to take home and hang on their tree.

Children make and package their own reindeer food to take home for Christmas Eve.

The sleigh bells ring, and Santa makes his entrance!

Santa joins the children for Christmas cookies and milk, chats with the group, and gets everyone excited for their visit.

Santa gathers the children around the Christmas tree and reads The Night Before Christmas.

Each child gets individual time with Santa, who may already know something special from their letter.

During their visit, we’ll take their Santa photo, and Santa will present their Official Nice List Certificate.

While waiting for their turn, children can enjoy a Christmas coloring sheet, finish their cookies and ornaments, or spend time with their parents.

Once a child’s Santa visit is complete, their family is welcome to head home with their ornament, reindeer food, and Nice List Certificate.

Each family will receive one professionally edited digital Santa photo per participating child.

And before Christmas, every child will receive a personalized letter from Santa mailed directly to their home.
